Art Ring is an annual celebration of bold design and craftmanship showcasing masterful creations from over 40 unique designers. The Art Ring event is hosted in the gallery from  November to January. Each Art Ring comes with a dedicated Story Card featuring a sketch and quote from the designer.

“This ring is a tribute to what through time has become my favorite stone – the Tourmaline. My friend who is a photorealistic painter told me the colours of some of my tourmalines really packed a punch. I wanted to make a ring that was equally punchy as the stone.” – Max Danger

Max Danger uses illustrations as a starting point, his jewellery aims to translate narratives into three-dimensional wearable objects. He trained as a fine jeweller in his native city of Copenhagen, and then at the Royal College of Art in London.
