INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. All items purchased online via www.tomfoolerylondon.co.uk and shipped outside of the UK are considered final sale. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with questions or concerns [email protected] – we’ll do our best to provide honest and speedy service, and assist you with your online shopping (and hopefully much more).


ONLINE PURCHASES

For online purchases to qualify for a refund we must be informed of its return within 14 days of the delivery date. You have up to 30 days total to return an item. Items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition.

EXCLUSIONS

  • We do not exchange or refund any plated or coated earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • All made to order, special orders and rings which have been resized are subject to our made to orders terms, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

A refund will be issued to the original payment method, within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH FREE SHIPPING

If an item has been purchased with free shipping and is returned for refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund total. This applies to a refund only. Mainland UK is £11.99. International shipping is £29.99.

International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the UK.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE ORDERS

Please return your order using a trackable service ( i.e royal mail special delivery). Please post back the item in its original packaging and include the original delivery slip or order number with your contact details.

Please note this is not a pre-paid service and therefore you will be responsible for postage cost.

If you are local to the store you are also welcome to drop the item off in-store during opening hours.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES

Our in-store returns policy allows for exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition. (Exclusions apply).

We are able to extend to one-month gift extension receipt if requested at time of purchase.

A till receipt or gift receipt must be provided on return to allow for exchange or credit note. If an item for exchange can’t be chosen on return date a credit note will be issued which is valid for one year.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.


LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Parties agree that the Courts of England will have jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under or in connection with these Terms of Use.
