Purple & Green Marbled Ceramic Trinket Bowl by Inès-Olympe Mercadal. Irreverent, a bit eccentric and resolutely joyful, each ceramic piece by Inès-Olympe Mercadal reflects the image of its creator. Decorated by hand in an intuitive and random movement with natural pink, purple and cream pigments using the designer’s signature method. Each piece in the collection is unique. This trinket tray, inspired by vintage aesthetics, adds a touch of decoration. It serves excellently as a jewellery bowl or ashtray, and can be seamlessly combined with other items in the collection.

After studying literature and working in fashion, Inès-Olympe Mercadal (or ‘IOM’) reinvented herself as a gracious hostess, swapping nights out for the art of entertaining. Her love for tableware emerged, bidding adieu to traditional china in favour of unique ceramic creations inspired by her vibrant 70s-themed imagination and a collection of vintage books.
